hello hello just wanted to post a short one about annual road run which happened like this afternoon! i was initially quite sian about it and wanted to pon so badly because last year was super boring and stuff but actually this year's road run wasn't as bad as i thought it would be!!

so we started by gathering in the canteen and it was super crowded and messy cos the whole school was there and like me and joey walked around to find and talk to people HAHA (because that's what we're best at doing am i right). so we lepak-ed and talked to some people until we had to go to the parade square for warm up which was led by yuchin and other football guys and that's when we (aka class girls) started becoming a little noisy LOL. but ok. then the competitive race started and me and joey and xintien went to the fence there like last year and cheered for people that we know. HAHA i think this year was more fun cos we know more people i guess? and we just cheered and i swear i think i was super noisy and got judged by a lot of people LOL and i just wanna apologise to the people whom i embarrassed with my overenthusiastic cheering but hey, a little more encouragement does help, right? HAHAH LOVE YA'LL OK. and after the competitive race when i saw some people i was like "eh i cheer for you got hear me anot" like to joseph teo and zacchaeus HAHAHA sorry i v annoying. then we slacked around until it was time for fun run.

more like fun walk. so everyone was gathered at the parade square and we did a darwin cheer first before starting on the walk and like yay we're the first house to leave. so yeah we walked and walked and walked and walked with xintien and laughed and this time they didn't u turn at the bridge what!!!!! so a few of us um like cut HAHAH but we did run a bit ok so ya!! (and at the end of the day mr koh also said that we did not bad at the road walk something like that). it was damn funny LOL cos usually i'm not this badass HAHAHA. and to random people who were running the fun run, i was just like "jia you jia you" being the encouraging person that i am. :-----) then slowly everyone came back and we had a little mini class talk at the end of the canteen before we had to go up to the hall for prize presentation.

and this year, keller was sitting in front so i think there was a bit more hype?? plus i was feeling a little high already la. and before the start of the prize presentation, every house had to do a cheer. and me joey and jasleen were like shouting every single cheer because this was probably the last time that we were gonna say it? and for keller the house capt and vice capt were deciding between extinguisher and k formation cheer but we did extinguisher and they asked us to do and shout along and we did like legit shouting HAHAH you can totally imagine my high-pitched voice especially darwin 4 and mg32 and 16s18 (love yall miss yall). and i think we did it quite loudly? and at the end the capt (i think elizabeth) thanked us for being sporting hahah. and like throughout the whole prize presentation we were cheering (and shouting whoops) for people we knew HAHAH sorry again guys all the love, and also clapping for random people la. and at the end, they announced the house placings and it was a really nervous time like legit!! the house capt and vice capt were right in front of me and they looked so nervous too. so the emcees announced the 6th, 5th and 4th placing and after every placing, each house did a cheer. and much to my surprise, keller wasn't in there!!! then the top 3 houses were nobel, darwin and keller. and the emcee asked darwin to do a cheer before saying "and that was the cheer of the house in 3rd place" and i was SURPRISED. HAHAH then left keller and nobel and keller did a cheer before nobel cos we stood up first lol. and after nobel's cheer, the emcee said "and that's nobel in second place" AND SO KELLER GOT FIRST??!?!! i was legit super shocked HAHAHA and joey and jasleen were like jumping beside me but i was too embarrassed to jump because i was right in the middle aisle HAHAHA but ok chill. we thought keller would get third but no then second but no and in the end first!

but yeah. i think i did enjoy myself today with all the screaming and talking and laughing. i think the last time i screamed this much was during orientation HAHA. no pictures today but oh well!!!
