hello guys i just came back from a weekend in indonesia yesterday!!! and by right, i'm supposed to be doing my work and revising for week 11 of school, but by left, that is probably not gonna happen until a few hours later. so basically, i'm screwed. hahaha. guys, seriously, do NOT learn from me i am a terrible horrible person who simply procrastinates too damn much. omg i really gotta get my shit together (something i've been telling myself since forever but oh well).

so on friday we had our gp paper (mid years ya) and i would not like to answer any questions regarding it. then afterwards we chionged home and shower and packed a few little stuff and then we went to harbour front like luckily we were not late omg. we were one of the first few to get on the ferry apparently hahaha and vvvvv soon at like 3pm we were on our way to balai!!!! tbh i don't even know when was the last time i went there so it's definitely been very very long like at least two years???? the ferry ride was pretty fast actually, like around 1 and a half hours i didn't even finish listening to my playlist hahaha. and ya them indonesia feels!!!!!!!!!!!!! such a long long time since i've stepped foot on this island of indonesia!!! the heat sucked big time though. no difference with the temperature in singapore but still ya i was sweating buckets just by sitting down!!! so it was a shophouse place as always and i went upstairs to see the 3 weeks old cousin!!! he's so tiny and so cute and adorable and just tiny generally omg ya and jing xuan was there and she actually called me (like usually she just keeps her mouth hut when i'm around la) hahaha so cute i think i spent a good like 15 minutes admiring the baby. and then i do not know what happened, and ding cong and yan ping and edo came back (probably from tuition or something) ya they are like 9 and 7 and 3 years old and they have tuition and i'm like whAt!!!!!! ya and they actually came to find us i am so surprised because i remember very clearly they used to avoid us. i guess they just want some entertainment which is why they come and find us! HAHAHA and guys i cannot emphasise how cute edo and jing xuan are ok their real names are richedo and richesta ( i think) and ya so cute la ok. and then we wemt to have dinner at some place near a beach and we could literally see the singapore night sky because singapore is just bright, and no joke, tanjung balai is very near to singapore, even on the map!!! so ya so close yet so far from home. dinner was vvvv good i forgot what we had but indo food is da bomb basically. and after a very very full dinner we went to this quite nice place that have the word "karimun" and where we could see singapore, too. and we took some pictures before heading home. and at home we played with edo and jingxuan and yanping and ding cong and omg words cannot express how cute edo is seriously!!!!!!! entertaining 4 kids with an average age gap of 10 years is vvv tiring just saying. slept at like 12+ cos i was seriously very tired.

woke up at 6+am singapore time, got me 10 years to wake up and we had to wake up early because mum wanted to make us run but then we ended up walking instead because i simply do not have the feels to run ok. the sky was nice and the sea breeze was nice too!!! yanping and dingcong cycled hahaha and then afterwards we went back home and then we went to a market to buy our breakfast!! it was yumz nasi lemak and my fave pancake and kueh!!!!! and by then it was only 10+ (time seriously passed very slowly here) (or maybe its just me). yah and i decided to sleep from 11.30-1 and so i told dingcong who wanted to play, to come wake me up at 1 instead. who knew time would pass so quickly right.... he came exactly at 1pm and woke me up and i'm just like omg i want my sleep back because i was actually still tired. but then edo came in and i was like "EH EDO LAI LAI" cos he's just so cute la ok!! and then we played with the 4 kids and joey just slep for a very long while. but ya we selfied too and edo is such a poser at like, 2 years old??????? seriously the way he poses though!!!!!! i think he will be zilian in future HAHAH just a random thought aye. we had noodles for late lunch which was seriously so good and mangoes that were so sweet and we played somemore. then afterwards we went to have dinner and dayum all the dishes were spicy but then its so so so nice!! we had crab and bbq fish and kang kong and other vegetables and stuff dang it was so good i wanna have indo food f O R E V E R !!! even the otah was super nice ok!!! and it was so funny seeing the cousins not being able to handle spicy food HAHAH. but yea it was a really full and good dinner i cannot emphasise how much i love indonesian food as long as it is not very spicy la!!! then the kids went back home and we went back home too because i was honestly very tired, like i don't even know why. and mother and her two brothers went to buy satay while we showered. i think yanping and dingcong ko-ed cos we never saw them after we came back home. but then edo and jingxuan came to our room to find us!!!! OMG ADORABLE LITTLE KIDDOS ya i think i said this before but i'm gonna say this again the last time we saw edo he was botak and he couldn't walk on his own and he couldn't even talk!!!!! and now he actually came to look for us after he showered!!! HAAHAH cutie, right? and then we took more pictures because must seize the opportunity they will probably avoid me in the future idk. and i TRIED communicating with them in bahasa. well the 2 weeks in jakarta last year taught me simple bahasa and so A for effort, okay? hahah they vv cute though like some stuff they can't say in chinese and they will say in bahasa and i'll be like "sorry i don't know what you're saying" so ya HAHAHA. and then we had satay yay!!!! balai satay is da bomb ok!!!! and then the adults went to their rooms and so there's the kids left in the living room and we played with the two most adorable kids in the whole universe. it's so funny cos when we laugh about edo's hair or poses he will be like "BU YAO XIAO!!!" i think he's shy HAHAHAH. i don't know why, they were super active, and i was super tired, so i went to sleep earlier and somehow joey managed to entertain them for a couple more minutes than i did before telling them that it was time to sleep. soooooooooooooooooo ya.

i do not know how long i slept for but what i do know is that i needed to wake up because i had to pee really badly. and then i tried to go back to sleep but then yanping and dingcong came in wanting to be entertained hahahah. anyways mum went out early to get breakfast and she bought kueh, pancake, meesiam (!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!), noodles and other stuff and i ate my fill because it was my last meal in balai until another year or so. ahhhhh. and we played with yanping and dingcong or more like they were threatening us with our own phones and stuff but oh well life is good, probably a good form of exercise at home yea????? and our bags were so heavy with koropok and packed meesiam, pancake, kueh and nasi lemak. well, you gotta bring a taste of indonesia back home ya know. and when i went to say bye to jingxuan and edo i went to their room and edo was showering he was so shy to sqay bye but ok so cute still HAHAHA and by noon, we were on our way back to singapore.

well i guess the whole time in indonesia was spent either eating, sleeping or playing with the kids. it was a good weekend away from home and all the stuffs that's happening i guess. i mean nobody really cares. but yea its monday night now there's week 11 this coming week and i really haven't done anything sooooooo
