Okay so this post have been delayed for 2 months and anyways it's a summary of the last three days of my chingay experience //YAY!!//

From 6-8February, we had 3 consecutive days of Chingay. Thursday was rehearsal, Friday Parade 1 and Saturday was Parade 2.

Yup on Thursday after school, 6Feb, had a quick lunch with the clique before jihe-ing. So after jihe, I got my contacts in (YES I MANAGED TO PUT THEM IN) even though the contact lens for my left eye couldn't stick to my eye for a whole 15 minutes!!!!!! We wore house tee #coswecan and our house tee is white so we could wear it for our costume anyway. :D yup we got our makeup done and soon, we were on our way to the F1 pit. So we took photos in the bus like we normally do and when we reached, we took out our costumes and everything and SLACK TIME. LOL I used a bit of time to do my homework. The rest of the time was just camwhore and talk and laugh with fellow dancers YAY! Well at least we attempted to do our homework right. :-) and one super funny thing is while the nanhua dancers are seated then Brenda shouted across the field to Joeyer and talk about some stuffs and Jeremy (who was standing infront) and he told Brenda that one of us mentioned him on twitter (it's Joey actually) so Brenda was shouting across "JOEY WHAT'S THEIR NAME" and Joeyer replied "JOWEEN" and Brenda was like "HUH" cos I think the pronounciation is similar HAHAHA. Yup and Brenda shouted "HE SAY ONE OF YOU MENTION HIM ON TWITTER" LOL and he just stand down there and wave HAHA amd me being a nice person, I replied. Hahha. Anyways I think the rehearsal turned out alright. :D there were people there who watched and filmed us woohoo. (Can go see youtube we are the pegasus and royalties hahaha) yup and after our item was done, we went back to the holding area, got our stuff packed and brisk-walked to the bus bay. Another day of school tomorrow saighzxc.

7Feb, Friday. Had lunch with the clique at 7-11. Actually wanted to get starbucks but we decided otherwise. After jihe I succesfully (YES) got the contacts into my eyes this time I got them in much easier than yesterday and got our makeup and stuffs done. And when we were done, we camwhored doing splits and banjiao stuffs hahaha. Because we had a lot of time!!!!! And today we even spammed with Bryan's phone HAHAHA sorry my friend. Yup and then we were on our way to the F1 pit! Peicai and Balestier hill were already there like they always have been. And yup we did the normal stuff. And camwhore (again) (as always) (uhhuh) (sorry not sorry to the spammed phones) hahaha. We had free time to walk around so we walked around trying to find friends from other contingents to take photos with but couldn't find. Oh well. But we managed to take a picture with Peiciai's xiaoxiao! Hahah he was actually very shy but yup got a photo with him hahaha! So cute you mei you! Then Joeyer and Faith also wanted to a take a picture with Brenda... and Adriel. So Brenda called him over and he pointed to me and said "eh you're Joween right" then after a second he was like "wait you two are the twins" LOLOLOL. Then it was time to jihe. We did the nu li xiao xiao cheer and began putting on our costumes. First parade went well!!! :D yay us! Then after our item, as usual, we chionged to the bus bay anddddd epic ride back!

8Feb, Saturday. Sadly, it is the last day of chingay already. Which means it is our last public performance with CCHYID. :( CRYING. Anyways had lunch at admiralty and we were early so. We went to meet up with Yini Keting and Faith who were at the pet shop at Yishun interchange. I called Faith and her description of the shop was "black" LOL. Yup we spent like 15 minutes there just saying the same thing over and over again "omg so cute" HAHAH. And then we headed to school to jihe. We were early so we just slacked and yeah. :) managed to get those contacts in THIS CALLS FOR A CELEBRATION. Hehe so the makeup session was the funniest of all time! Laughed a lot cos I was putting blusher with Xinru and we were telling the juniors not to go to each other's side HAHAHA and basically I laughed until I (almost) teared hahah. :P it was super funny lah I don't know how to describe. So at around 4.30, we headed to the F1 pit. Oh I'm gonna miss the epic bus rides with dancers♡ at the f1 pit again, we camwhored and slacked around and we were even given time to walk around so we took pictures. With dancers from different contingents like nanhua dancers and even korean dancers! Hehe. And time flew, it was time for the last chingay performance. We put on our costumes and said the nulixiaoxiao cheer and 爱我舞蹈 cheer led by yours truly. ;) and it was performance time. I felt so overwhelmed while performinh because this was our last public performance, our last time performing this item, the last time wearing such huge costumes. After the performance, we kept the costumes in the containers. This is really bidding farewell to our costumes LOL. And all of us dancers we RAN to the bus bay. This time we could run because our bags were light, no more costumes and basically I was laughing and running the whole time. Because Yini was singing "weeeeee are the championssss" while running HAHAHA. And I ask you, how not to laugh at Yini?! And yup soon we were on our way back to school... and Faith cried which almost made me cry. Her cry was super loud I swear and it almost made the people around her cry too. :( it was a quiet bus ride back I guess. And Joeyer said she cried just before the performance.

Sigh. Chingay 2014 have created so many memories for me with my fellow dancers. It's the sec4s last public performance in CCHY ID. I'm gonn miss my lil juniors so much when we step down!!!!♥
